Joe created National City’s "Core Renewal" IT platform that enabled the firm’s transformation from a geographic-centric to a customer-centric bank. Joe was selective in his IT investment strategy, using a SOA approach to integrate in-place components wherever possible. The result was a high ROI, highly flexible platform for future growth. Joe envisions expanding service to predictive financial advice based on actual customer behavior across the range of relationships with National City.
